When cared for properly this hair stands the test of time.

Our tresses are perfect for achieving that color of choice. Tresses Pretty Hair Collection offers up to 7 levels of lift. While Tresses Raw and Premium Collection both allow for up to 10 levels of lift. The Beautiful Blondes are designed to allow for the depositing of any hue, low lights and fun color stains. Enjoy!

We at Tresses By Monee’ understand that it is difficult to envision the beauty of “hair”. It is for that reason that we offer free samples. Samples can be requested by going to the contact us page and placing a request there. Each shopper is allowed up to three samples. Unfortunately, there is a five-dollar charge to cover shipping costs. We look forward to hearing from you.

There is no right or wrong amount of Tresses used to create your desired look. It’s all up to you. But as a rule of thumb see scale below.

• 2 bundles 10-14 inches
• 3 bundles 16-24
• 4 bundles 26-40!!
• When using a closure reduce by 1/2 a bundle and when using a frontal reduce by 1 full bundle

Because we are a fully stocked online store and there is no drop shipping, our goal is to ship ASAP.  Orders placed Monday through Wednesday may be shipped as early as the same business day. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the next business day.

Transparent and HD lace are both great products that blend well with any skin tone. Transparent lace tends to be more affordable. Although it is slightly thicker it shares the same natural appearance as HD Lace. For the most natural appearance you’d want to go with our Hd lace sold in all collections. Hd lace is more expensive but for undeniable reasons. The thin feel, slight stretch, almost invisible knots and light tone creates the best illusion of “transparency” and blend.

Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have up to seven days to return the order in its original condition. Items that have been altered in ANY way are not eligible for a return. This includes but is not limited to hair that has been used, wet with or without product, ribbons or tags removed, and hair that has been combed though or fingered hair. Our apparel, accessories, garments and head gear must be unworn with no odors or stains. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The balance of the return will be available in the form of a store credit.

ORDER PROCESSING
Unfortunately once an order is submitted, it cannot be edited or canceled. This includes the changing, adding or deleting of a product. Orders are not processed on the weekends and major holidays.

SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are shipped 1-5 days after the confirmation of you purchase has been received. Please allow up to 14 days for the shipment of wigs and special order items. All orders require a signature. Please be sure to confirm all shipping information before submitting order. Shipping options and or addresses will not be altered once the order has been submitted. Tracking information will be provided once your items have been shipped. Duplicate shipping fees will be required to re-ship packages returned due to inaccurate info or shipments not deliverable.

Be sure to refuse packages that appear to have been tampered with or damaged in anyway. Tresses By Monee’ is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
